This means we will provide short term and long term support that will aim at supporting and strengthening the choices and abilities of the participant. This allows the individuals to stay at home and be a part of community activities.
The service includes peer support, skill development as well as mentoring. You also get an option of life skills that includes gardening, fitness classes and cooking, etc. You can also choose the personal care assistance that will involve daily personal activities of grooming, dance and music classes, etc. When you engage in such activities, you get a chance to increase your wellbeing and sense of value.
